Instead of a dry list of interview question, some interviewer just start a normal conversation because they think that the interviewee would be much open up and in the process, the interviewer can learn more about the interviewee as a person.

    First of all, I loved this episode bacsuee it allowed Andy to motivate his employees in a unique way that is completely his own. Though each individual was working to achieve his or her own individual points, they worked together to collectively come up with enough points to tattoo Andy. In a normal workplace, an individual incentive rewards system would have placed too much emphasis on individual incentive. There would be no reason for individuals to combine their goals for a common mission. Since the employees of Dunder-Mifflin can collaborate and combine points, this enables the employees to combine their individual goals for an common one. In the end, Andy’s reward system proves to be effective.

      30 Years ago, Diana Ross had the hit “Upside Down” in 1980 and the NFL is that way right now!The League is no one’s right now but you do see some teams that are emerging with rcepest like the Steelers and the Redskins. I like Alex’s pick of the Ravens over the Patriots because they have to show who they are against that Ray Lewis anchored defense. Getting Deion Branch back was a gesture to Brady to be content and not take all his fun away since Moss is gone. They have to show the world they aren’t mediocre and losing their touch in this type of game.

    Ughhhh – I apparently had beinnger’s luck week 4. I went 7-7 last week and I am currently sitting at FOUR FOR TWELVE. Of course, that’s mainly thanks to the Chargers, Packers, Ravens and Bears all losing either in OT or in the last few minutes. Stupid.
