WACO (CBS HOUSTON) – A former Baylor University student-athlete has filed a suit against the school accusing as many as eight football players of drugging he and gang raping her in 2012.

This is the seventh Title IX lawsuit filed against the university.

According to CBSDFW the lawsuit claims the former women’s volleyball team member attended a party in February of 2012 hosted by members of the football team at an offsite apartment complex. She consumed alcohol as the night went on and at one point became very intoxicated and was unable to remember parts of the evening.

The filing states, based on both information and belief of the victim, that the woman was drugged by the players from the football team.  The filing states there are other victims as well as witnesses.

During the party, a friend of the victim claims she told one football player “no” multiple times as he grabbed at her while another tried to pull her into a bathroom.  The victim’s friends left the party and at some point, after that, the victim claims she was put in a football player’s vehicle and driven to another location where she alleges to have been gang-raped by at least four Baylor football players.

After the alleged gang-rape, the victim says she remembers one of the football players yelling “grab her phone! Delete my numbers and texts!”
