Houston (CBS HOUSTON) – The Houston Texans announced their 2017 Ticket prices on Friday morning. The average price jumped 6.55% from $97.32 to $103.69.
In 2016 the Texans were about middle of the road on ticket prices for the NFL ranking 13th in the NFL in prices.
“Houston Texans fans are a prime reason NRG Stadium has earned the reputation as one of the best gameday experiences in the National Football League for 15 consecutive seasons,” said John Schriever, Texans Senior Vice President of Ticketing and Event Management. “With this year’s pricing structure, our goal is to deliver an unrivaled and compelling fan experience as well as remain competitive on the field each and every gameday.”
The Houston Texans have sold out 154 consecutive games at NRG Stadium, a Houston NFL record, and their 15 consecutive sold-out seasons represent the longest sellout streak of any professional sports team in Houston history.
