HOUSTON (CBS HOUSTON) – Texans nose tackle Vince Wilfork and wide receiver Will Fuller missed today’s Texans practice.
Both were injured during the Texans 20-13 win over the Lions. Wilfork hurt his groin, while Fuller is dealing with ankle and hamstring issues.
“No question that they’re day-to-day,” said Texans head coach Bill O’Brien. “I’m not sure that they would be available for Jacksonville. It looks like they might. I wouldn’t know that until the end of the week.”
Also missing practice for the Texans today were linebacker Brian Peters – dealing with a quad injury – and defensive tackle Christian Covington.
Earlier today, we learned that wide receiver Jaelen Strong is expected to miss the next month with an ankle injury.
