HOUSTON (CBS HOUSTON) – Jadeveon Clowney was reported to have left the team’s facility upset on Saturday about not being activated and playing, but he is disputing those reports.

” I’m frustrated I didn’t get to play,” he said. “I think anybody would have been. I watched the game, stayed here and watched the game.”

Clowney said he knew before the game he couldn’t play. Sunday Bill O’Brien revealed Clowney was dealing with a mid-foot sprain that hampered his ability to move around.

Clowney maintained he never left the stadium and his frustration was about not being able to go out and help the team.

As far as the reports he often has to answer for and sometimes battle, Clowney just goes with the flow.

“I don’t really care. I just keep playing, that’s all I can do, be me I guess,” he said.

Of course, he has bigger things to worry about, like dominating the NFL next year.
