Houston (CBS HOUSTON) – Houston Texans quarterback Ryan Mallett missed the team charter on Saturday and had to fly commercially to Miami, Florida to meet up with the team. This according to SportsRadio 610’s John McClain.

Mallett infamously missed a practice in training camp after oversleeping a few days after Brian Hoyer was named the team’s starting quarterback. Hoyer again is the starting QB for the Texans after Mallett got a shot starting, going 1-2 in his three games as a starter.
