BATON ROUGE, La. (CBS Houston)– Guests of the Crestwood Suites in Walker were alarmed after witnessing a naked woman walking through the hotel.
Laura Mistretta, 29, was arrested and charged with obscenity, according to documents from the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, as reported by WAFB.
When questioned by deputies, Mistretta said she was naked because her friend stole her pants. Mistretta was approached by the manager of the hotel and allegedly called him offensive and derisive names in the lobby of the hotel after being asked to leave.
Several guests witnessed the incident, many of whom gathered in the lobby because of the disturbance. One hotel guest told authorities that he was offended by Mistretta’s indecency and that she began to yell at him during the encounter and while walking away.
Mistretta reportedly refused to leave the hotel after being asked a second time by the manager and began to call the hotel manager “every name in the book.”
WAFB reports she was charged with obscenity, remaining after being forbidden, and disturbing the peace. She was released Wednesday on a $10,000 bond.
