So enjoy a banana for great health! If you are one of those “I cannot eat a banana, it’s too mushy to me” kind of people, then do what I do in the mornings; I make a great banana smoothie! Just get some peach juice, a cup of peaches, some strawberries, a handful of blueberries and some pineapples and blend them together! Freeze your fruit before hand or add some ice, blend and enjoy!
