HOUSTON (CBS Houston) The Harris County Sheriff’s Homicide Unit is searching for the suspects wanted in a fatal shooting at Café Chieu Tim located on Antoine in north Harris County.

According to HCSO Homicide Investigators, at Friday around 2:30 p.m., two Asian male suspects entered the business. “The first suspect described as 5’7 to 5’8, thin build with a mustache. First suspect was wearing a dark colored hoodie style jacket, with tan pants. The second suspect 5’5 to 5’6, medium build, bald or close cropped hair, wearing a baseball hat and sunglasses. He also had a thick padded ski jacket on”, stated officials with the HCSO.

The suspects who also speak with a distinctive Northern Vietnamese accent, were in the business for over thirty to forty minuets, and held conversations with the owner and two other patrons in the café.

“As the suspects began to leave the café, the taller male produced a handgun demanding money from the owner. The owner who was also armed with a handgun shot at the suspects. The owner was shot by the suspect and was pronounced deceased, but investigators believe that the suspect was struck by gunfire”, added officials with the HCSO.

The suspects fled in what witnesses described as a chocolate brown colored Toyota Camry, with faded tinted windows.

“Homicide Investigators have released the following still photos of the suspects. Any one with information are asked to contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Homicide Unit at 713 967-5810 or Crime Stoppers at 713 222-TIPS,” stated authorities with the HCSO.
