CBS News: DOJ Turns Down Requests By Armstrong To Pay Millions To US Government, Become Federal Witness

The Justice Department turned down requests by Lance Armstrong to pay the federal government more than $5 million in compensation for the fraud he allegedly committed against the U.S. Postal Service and also to act as a federal witness, CBS News reports.
