Oklahoma Twister A Top-Of-The-Scale EF-5

The National Weather Service says the tornado that hit Moore, Okla., was a top-of-the-scale EF-5 twister with winds of at least 200 mph.

The National Weather Service is cautioning that the tornado passing through Moore is so large that people may not recognize it as a twister.
