A man accused of shooting three at a local college earlier this year turned himself in after being on the run from authorities and missing a court-ordered appearance.
On Monday, charges against the man first identified as the shooting suspect in the Lone Star shooting rampage were dropped. Twenty-two-year-old Carlton Berry had been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The suspected gunman in the Lone Star College’s North Harris campus shooting was arrested in Plano by the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force. Friday’s arrest marks the second in the Lone Star College shooting incident.
