According to officials with Houston TranStar a big rig accident at the I-610 North Loop eastbound, at Jensen has closed all main lanes Thursday. The accident was announced at the peak of rush hour.
The lanes that were shut down as a result of an overturned cement truck were reopened just after the noon hour on Wednesday.
