Rosenthal thinks Johnson is probably upset about several things that we don’t really know about at this point. He thinks due to his high salary, Johnson will not be a Texan after this season. He claims the Rockets are worse off than they were a year ago because he feels Ariza is a step down from Parsons. He discussed James Harden’s recent comments about his teammates being role players. Granderson also weighed in on Ray Rice’s suspension saying that domestic violence has always been treated more lightly than other offenses.

Mike Sielski, Philly Inquirer, joined Matt Hammond and Matt Murphy as they fill in for the B-Straw & Pauly G Show. He discussed Michael Vick versus Michael Sam as distractions. Sielski says that the NFL is a business of distractions and they will always be there. He thinks Dungy’s claim that Michael Sam wouldn’t help his team win is not true and doesn’t believe that he would be such a huge distraction in the locker room. In fact he doesn’t think Sam will be an impediment to the Rams in any way.

Joel Corry Explains Why JJ Watt Should Be The Highest Paid Defensive Player In The NFL

Joel Corry, CBSsports.com, joined Matt Hammond and Matt Murphy filling in for The B-Straw & Pauly G Show. Corry came on to discuss JJ Watt’s contract which should be negotiated before the 2015 football season starts. He thinks Watt has 55 million in guaranteed money coming to him if they pay what he is worth. He spoke a little on Eric Winston and said he doesn’t think him being the President of the Player’s Association will keep him from finding a team but his performance last season might.
