Midway through the third quarter with the Texans trailing 28-17 Gary Kubiak replaced Case Keenum with Matt Schaub.
Former NFL MVP Rich Gannon joined The Fred & Ted Show to talk about all things football. He talked about all the uncertainty the Texans have had at the quarterback position this season. Gannon says Keenum is an interesting prospect but has a ways to go moving forward. He said at this point Kubiak needs to just focus on the team having a clean performance moving forward. He also chimed in on what happened with the whole Richie Incognito situation.
Despite Keenum’s early success Gary Kubiak wouldn’t say if Keenum would remain the starter for the rest of the season.
