Paul Gallant recaps the Texans’ 27-13 victory over the Jaguars
Tonight the B-Straw & Pauly G Show Road Trip was all about Jacksonville. They went first to Florida to talk to Dr. David Thompson about the situation with Clowney’s knee that will keep him out of the Jacksonville game and the remainder of the season. Then they traveled to Jacksonville to talk to Mark Long who covers the Jaguars for the Associated Press. He discussed the expansions the Jags have made this season as a franchise and what that is doing for the team.
The Texans’ head coach went out of his way to defend his injured first overall pick at today’s press conference.
Tonight the B-Straw & Pauly G Show Road Trip traveled to Jacksonville. There they talked to Mark Long, Associated Press, about the Jaguars and Blake Bortles. He said that the Jaguars are trying not to put too much pressure on Bortles so he can learn and step up when he’s ready to do so. Long talked about how the secondary is doing so far in the preseason and how they are working on the pass rush. He also talked about how they are addressing issues with penalties. He says the Jaguars look like they have made good strides towards improving.
If you had told an NFL fan at the start of the season that Houston would be trailing the Jacksonville Jaguars in the standings after 12 games, they would probably have suggested you seek a psychologist.
