Not only will All-Star Weekend in Houston be filled with athletes ready for fun and festivities, but some athletes will share their faith and take the time to fellowship with others.
It was a great night for James Harden of the Houston Rockets as he led his team to triumph over the Golden State Warriors in NBA action Tuesday night. The win marked the second for the Rockets over the Warriors in less than a month.
Tuesday night’s Rockets vs. Warriors game was one for the record books. The Rockets tied an NBA record and set a franchise mark with 23 3-pointers as they won against Golden State, 140-109.
It seems kind of silly now, but the Rockets were able to keep their slim-to-none playoff hopes alive with Saturday night’s 99-96 win over Golden State at Toyota Center.
NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry joined Vandermeer and Lopez and the fun ensued. Barry took no prisoners, torching current NBA players, offenses and the game’s entertainment value. He also went off on columnist Bill Simmons.
Craig Ackerman joined Vandermeer and Lopez and they talked about the Rockets big win over the Golden State Warriors.
