University of Houston Head Football Coach Tony Levine joined Nate & Creight in studio as they filled in for The B-Straw & Pauly G Show. He discussed what it is like to be a head coach and the things he has learned in his tenure at UH. Levine discussed what the recruiting process is like and how he is deeply involved in it. He also spoke about the importance of good facilities and how the campus has grown and evolved through his time there so far. He discussed the statements at the SEC media days about cheating going on in college football.
Tonight the B-Straw & Pauly G Show Road Trip traveled to New York and Columbia. First they spoke to John Jastremski, WFAN New York, about Carmelo Anthony and where he will end up. Jastremski said he thinks where Melo lands will be largely about money. He thinks it’s a pipe dream for both LeBron James and Melo to end up in Houston. He also doesn’t think LeBron James will leave the Heat. Next they traveled to Columbia to talk to Brandon Kiley, ESPN Columbia, about Dorial Green-Beckham going to OU. Kiley said he doesn’t think there’s much chance Green-Beckham actually plays for Oklahoma at all.
