Herman discussed his coaching experiences with turning offenses around. He also said he has every intention of taking his team as far as possible and defying expectations.
Former NFL QB Jake Plummer joins B-Straw and Pauly G In the Loop to discuss the college football playoffs and the idea of a “can’t miss” prospect. They also get into Jake’s days playing for a National Championship, as well as just what might be wrong with Peyton Manning.

She discussed the way that the team has handled the injury so far to lead to this point. They also discussed the stadium turf and the fact that some think it is to blame for this and other injuries.
Tonight the B-Straw & Pauly G Show Road Trip was all about Jacksonville. They went first to Florida to talk to Dr. David Thompson about the situation with Clowney’s knee that will keep him out of the Jacksonville game and the remainder of the season. Then they traveled to Jacksonville to talk to Mark Long who covers the Jaguars for the Associated Press. He discussed the expansions the Jags have made this season as a franchise and what that is doing for the team.
Former Boston Globe columnist Bob Ryan joined The B-Straw & Pauly G Show to discuss the World Series and if baseball can stay relevant. He also weighed in on Roger Goodell’s handling of the situation with Ray Rice. Ryan is glad to see some of the changes in sports protocol on domestic violence.
Jayson Braddock, NFL analyst for Rotoworld, joined The B-Straw & Pauly G Show to discuss Jadeveon Clowney’s injury situation. He said that Clowney doesn’t want to play but the team is trying to force him to get back on the field sooner. He thinks that having Mike Vrabel around is very helpful to a guy like Clowney who needs to be pushed. Braddock talked about the fact that Clowney is seen as a bit of a diva when it comes to his dealings with the trainers and some of his other behaviors. He does think that over time Clowney will mature but he needs time.
