CSN Houston’s James Palmer joined The B-Straw & Pauly G Show to discuss Coach O’Brien implementing studying Patriots film for the Texans. Palmer talked about the difficulties of trying to run a Belichick offense without the benefit of Tom Brady as your quarterback. He said that the Texans should still be able to find success by imitating the style even if not at the same level. Palmer says O’Brien’s coaching style makes a refreshing change from the Kubiak era.

Tonight the B-Straw & Pauly G Show Road Trip traveled to Tampa. They talked to Justin Pawlowski, 98.7 The Fan, about the Bucs OTAs and expectations. He said he was a little disappointed with the fact that they didn’t draft a QB this year, but says they may be waiting for next year’s QBs. Pawlowski also commented on Bill O’Brien noting that he is a “Bill Belichick guy” and noted that he hasn’t changed his ways in regards to how he deals with the media.
John McClain joined Mad Radio and they talked about the latest from OTA’s for the Texans, the quarterback battle, leadership on the team right now, the Texans buying in to being a close knit team, who will be the starting right tackle and how Jadeveon Clowney is adjusting to the pro game and a new position.
