Texans left tackle Duane Brown had stitches removed from his ankle this week and says he is ready to go for Texans training camp which starts July 26.
The Texans may have bigger concerns than their third-string rookie quarterback. While the quarterback position is the most important position on the field and the difference between Schaub and Yates is a drastic one this season has been all about the Texans defense.
Quarterback Matt Schaub may be lost for the season, according to some sources, though Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak did not confirm that at his press conference or on the J&R show on SportsRadio 610.
SportsRadio 610 has learned Schaub will be seeing Dr. Robert Anderson, a foot specialist in Charlotte, and Dr. David Porter – an orthopedic surgeon in Indianapolis while the Texans are on their bye week.
