Chris Weidman joined MaD Radio to talk about working for Dana White, breaking Anderson Silva’s leg, and how wrestling trained him to be a better UFC fighter.
The main event of UFC 168 between Chris Weidman vs. Anderson Silva was nearly a half year in the making and ended in a way no one expected. Weidman during the 1st fight defeated the UFC’s longest tenured champion with a 2nd round KO. The same would happen Saturday night but in a much different kind of knockout.
History was made this weekend in Las Vegas MGM Grand. A new king crowned UFC Middleweight Champion of the World leaving the 38-year-old Silva pondering his future.
