More: Born and raised in Houston. I spent the last 4 years covering the Nebraska Cornhuskers in Lincoln before coming to SR 610. I grew up in an era where the Astros were actually good and twitter didn’t control the world.

Jadeveon Clowney flashed his potential as the Texans defense shined early on Saturday night. Behind an improved offensive effort, the Texans picked up their first win of the preseason 32-7 over the Atlanta Falcons.
Romeo Crennel’s group forced a quick three and out on the Falcons first drive, followed by a 14-yard kick return by Keshawn Martin. The offense failed to capitalize though, going three and out themselves, leading to boos on the Texans first drive of their preseason home opener.
The Texans ‘Big Three’ will be out against Atlanta.
