Life experience: I survived the helo-dunker and Navy SERE school.
Teams followed: KU Basketball and football, KC Chiefs. And of course Houston teams.
Signature line: I don’t mind being wrong.
Favorite sports experiences: Best in-person experience – taking in my first game at Fenway in 01, two grand slams, Pedro pitched his last game of the season and I dipped after a root canal the day before. Best TV experience? Watching KU win the 2008 National Championship.
Sports played: Played basketball and ran in high school.
Family: I have a nice family. Plus my dad and I have the same name. Parents = Unoriginal.
