Fran Blinebury, nba.com, joined MaD Radio to discuss the most recent developments in the NBA. He said that the Rockets are not going to be contenders this year with their current lineup and will just have to try again next year. He said it’s hard to say whether or not the Rockets should have re-signed Parsons but he thinks they probably should have gone for it. Blinebury spoke about the journey the Rockets have been on so far with getting James Harden and Dwight Howard, but this situation with losing out in free agency has been a bit of a setback for the team.

Hall of Famer David Robinson joined the Triple Threat to talk about all things NBA. He said he hadn’t really heard much about LeBron James’s move because he’s been out of the loop. He said that he is a big fan of James Harden and that Harden is “a stud.” Robinson thinks the Rockets still have some question marks to work through. He said he really enjoyed playing under Gregg Popovich because of his no nonsense style of coaching. He discussed a charity event he is doing in town as well.
Glenn Moore, Cleveland.com, joined the Triple Threat to talk about LeBron James returning to Cleveland. He said the comparison of him returning to a lover he once spurned is over blown. He said LeBron never liked being in Miami that much and Cleveland is home to him. Moore thinks that Cleveland should go for a trade with Wiggins for Kevin Love because he is more of a sure thing than Wiggins. He thinks Cleveland really is the best place for LeBron James and where he is at in his career and life right now.
