Texans Busy Signing Undrafted Free Agents

HOUSTON (CBS HOUSTON) – The Houston Texans remained busy Saturday evening at the conclusion of the 2017 NFL Draft by agreeing to terms with several undrafted free agent players and invited several others to tryouts.

Among the players agreeing to terms with the Texans include UCLA defensive tackle Eli Ankou, Missouri State outside linebacker Dylan Cole and Michigan defensive tackle Matt Godin.

The Texans also came to terms with former Stephen F. Austin quarterback Zach Conque who will be a tight end in the NFL. Other notable names include TCU wideout Deante’ Gray, Illinois receiver Justin Hardee, Wisconsin running back Dare Ogunbowale, and Eastern Washington wideout Shaquille Hill.

Several players will also be trying out for the Texans. Northwestern state cornerback Adam Jones, OLB LaTroy Lewis, Tennessee  DT, B.J. Singleton, Houston, LB, Craig Fada, Ohio State, and Texas safety Dylan Haines.
