Houston (CBS HOUSTON) – The Houston Texans are likely to lose their top free agent, A.J. Bouye according to reports from Adam Schefter.

Bouye, an undrafted free-agent in 2013, rose to become one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL for the 2016 season.  It was reported on Wednesday that the Texans were trying to keep Bouye by making him an offer to counter one from the Philadelphia Eagles.

Free-Agency officially starts at 3:00 pm CT on Thursday.  At that point Bouye is free to sign with anyone he would like.
