Houston (CBS Houston) – Honduran Forward, Romell Quioto, and the Dynamo agree to terms on a deal that will bring the 25-year-old to Houston.

The Dynamo bring Quioto from the Honduran Liga Nacional on a full transfer using targeted allocation money.

Quioto played for CD Olimpia in the Hounduran league where he scored 36 goals in 78 games played since 2014. Olimpia is also the former club of Boniek Garcia, Jose Escalante, and newcomer Alberth Elis.

Quioto also has four goals in 27 caps with the Honduran national team where he has been teammates with Garcia and Elis.

With the signing the Dynamo now have used seven international roster spots. Quioto joins Mauro Manotas, Erick Torres, Adolfo Machado, Agus, Elis and Alex as the others with the same designation.
