The Texans came out of their bye week in good position sitting atop the AFC South at 5-3, with a match-up against their struggling division rival, the Jacksonville Jaguars, on the docket. The Texans kicked off to start the game, but that didn’t stop them from putting points on the board.
On the sixth play from scrimmage, Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles threw a pass intended for Allen Hurns, but Kareem Jackson had other ideas.
The pick was Jackson’s first of the season. It was the 13th of his career which ties him for the franchise’s all-time lead with Duane Robinson.
