Fiedorowicz And Jaelen Strong Leave Lions Game

UPDATE: CJ Fiedorowicz returned to the field after passing the concussion protocol in the 2nd quarter.

HOUSTON (CBS HOUSTON) – Texans tight end CJ Fiedorowicz and wide out Jaelen Strong have exited Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions with separate injuries during the second quarter.

Fiedorowicz, who scored a touchdown earlier in the game, left after taking a helmet to helmet hit from Lions safety Tavon Wilson. Wilson was flagged for an illegal hit on a defenseless receiver. Fiedorowicz was taken to the Texans locker room to be evaluated for a concussion.

Strong left with to the Texans locker room as well after suffering an apparent leg injury. He was helped off the field favoring his right leg.
