The Texans decision to take wide receiver Will Fuller out of Notre Dame with the 21st pick in this year’s draft is looking like a brilliant one through the first three-plus weeks of the season. Fuller started the year with back-to-back 100 yard games before struggling along with the rest of the offense in last week’s shutout loss to the Patriots.
Fuller, along with the rest of the Texans offense, has rebounded in a big way this week. In the first half, Fuller caught his second touchdown of the season. Then, in the second half, he made his presence felt on special teams with a long punt return touchdown in which he just used his speed to blow by the entire Titans coverage team.
That touchdown gave the Texans a 27-20 lead.
