In 2012 the Houston Texans were 11-1 going into New England for a big Monday Night matchup.  The team decided to don some new, awesome looking, high-school style letterman jackets. The Patriots won 42-14.  That was the last time the Texans played a regular season game in New England.

On Thursday Night the Texans went up to the North East at just 2-0, but confident facing a Patriots team without it’s first or second string quarterback.  Third-string rookie Jacoby Brissett and the Patriots dismantled the Texans 27-0 thanks to a few special teams fumbles and non-existent offense by the Texans.

One of the guys who helped come up with the letterman jacket idea for the Texans, Shaun Cody, tweeted out an ultimate, self-admitted, troll job as the game was winding down.

Never change Shaun Cody. Never Change.

  1. Look at the bright side Houston, at least you didn’t come dressed in those ridiculous letter-men jackets like the last time you got blown out in Foxboro. ” I bet you get a free bowl of soup, huh? Oh, it looks good on you …”
