Houston (CBS HOUSTON) – The Houston Texans will not have to face one of the most feared rushers in the NFL. Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles will not be playing in their week 2 matchup at NRG Stadium.
Charles is close to returning for Kansas City, linebacker Derrick Johnson told In The Loop on SportsRadio 610 this week that Charles is 80% or 90% ready.
The Chiefs are also without star pass rusher Justin Houston for their game against the Texans.
