We don’t know the preface to this or how it came up, but the Rice Owls have a genius on their team (the probably have a few). Defensive tackle Calvin Anderson is a red-shirt sophomore at the university and reportedly has a photographic memory.
He showed off his skills by solving a Rubik’s Cube without looking, holding the puzzle game behind his back.
We’d say that was impressive, but we’re not sure impressive is a big enough word for that. We’re sure Anderson’s photographic memory comes in handy when learning the playbook at Rice.
