When you dominate in your opening game 69-17 you are allowed to blow off a little steam.  The Texas Tech Red Raiders decided to throw themselves a little personal WWE Monday Night Raw show after practice on Labor Day.  With one of the coaches (we think Strength and Conditioning coach Rusty Whitt) acting as the ring announcer, a couple big time wrestlers (we’re guessing graduate assistants) came down from the stands.

First, the ultimate love to hate former MTV star “The Miz” came down and insulted Lubbock a little bit.  But he would be set straight by the one and only “John Cena.”

We don’t know who was playing the parts of the famous wrestlers, but they did a pretty good job playing the parts and performing the stunts for the team.

TTU hopes to make the Big 12 an even deeper conference in 2016 than it has been in the last few years.
