That is one way to try and get a runner out (knocked out). Lim Chang-yong of the Korean Baseball Organization’s KIA Tigers tried to pick of Oh Jae-won on second base and instead of throwing it to his shortstop or second baseman, threw the ball at the Doosan Bears’ runner’s head.

The ball trickled into center field and Jae-won was too stunned to advance to 3rd.

Chang-yong will have to serve 120 hours of community service and was suspended for three games for his targeted throw.
