We’ve officially hit the part of the calendar where some fantasy leagues start to do their drafts, which I’ve never really understood. It seems like doing these things with two preseason games and a bunch of practices remaining is kind of risky, especially considering the third preseason game is the one where the starters play like 75 percent of the snaps.

Injuries could happen.

Or coaching decisions.

Or two of your running backs could get caught smoking weed in a car together with some chick.

These things happen.

In other words, drafting your fantasy teams with two weeks left in the preseason feels a little like buying a car with a disclaimer at the bottom of the Carfax that “Some of the information on here may wind up being total B.S.” But hey, some of you are drafting this weekend, and if that’s your deal, so be it!

I got you covered. Here are my updated fantasy rankings, version 2.0, factoring in preseason performance, injuries, and the inability to keep from getting arrested for weed (NOTE: I go with a top 12 at QB, TE, K, and Def, and Top 24 at RB and WR, the multiple positions, kind of based on many leagues having 12 owners):
