Rockets Clinch 4th Seed In West With Win Over Spurs

Houston (CBS HOUSTON) The Houston Rockets clinched the 4th seed in the 2014 Western Conference playoffs with their 104-98 win over the San Antonio Spurs Monday night at Toyota Center. The Rockets will have home court advantage for their first round series with 5th seeded Portland.

Chandler Parson led the Rockets with 21 points. Terrence Jones and Dwight Howard each posted double-doubles. Both scored 20 while Howard tallied 17 boards. Jones brought down 11 rebounds.

The Rockets will host the Trailblazers for game one of the Conference Quarterfinals on either Saturday or Sunday at Toyota Center when the NBA playoffs begin.
