HOUSTON (CBS Houston) - A Houston elementary school teacher is accused of using a marker to write notes on his students, according to KPRC-TV.

Parent Victor Jimenez tells the station his 8-year-old soon came home with the letter “B” written on his forehead.

He believes the teacher wrote it because the second grader did not finish his homework.

“For me, he does not have any professionalism or ethics at all,” said Jimenez. “I do not understand how he can continue being a teacher.”

Jiminez said other students have been treated the same way by the same teacher.

Officials say they are investigating the Houston ISD Thurgood Marshall Elementary school teacher.
