The Texans Will Play With Roof Open If Forecast Is Right

On their official twitter account the Houston Texans announced that they will open the roof on Reliant Stadium for the Sunday Night match-up against the Indianapolis Colts.

The weather is supposed to stay around 60 degrees on Sunday and with the sun setting at 5:30pm there will be no issues for the team to keep the roof closed. The policy is if the weather is between 50 and 80 degrees with no chance of rain at game time.

The decision is left up to Texans officials. The decision will be made two house before kickoff.

The last game the Texans played under an open roof was a win over the Jaguars in November of 2011.
