David Quessenberry Suffered Broken Foot; Could Head To IR

HOUSTON (CBS Houston) – One of the more promising late round picks for the Houston Texans may have suffered a season ending injury on Wednesday during Texans Practice. Sixth round pick David Quessenberry suffered a broken foot during today’s Texans practice.

Quessenberry showed well in the preseason getting a lot of time on the field with Wade Smith missing action with a knee injury. The broken foot could land Quessenberry on the injured reserve list which will keep him out the entire season. With Quessenbery out, Ben Jones will most likely take over if Smith is not ready for week one.
