HOUSTON (CBS Houston) According to officials with the Houston Police Department, charges have been filed against a suspect involved in a fatal traffic accident that took place at the 3500 block of Woodland Hills just before 6 p.m. on Sunday.

HPD arrested 30-year-old Bram Mason Vickrey, who now faces charges of intoxication manslaughter. “The female victim, 66, was pronounced dead at the scene,” according to HPD. “Her identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.”

HPD Vehicular Crimes’ officials provided additional details of the alleged crime: “The victim was driving a green Honda Civic and leaving a stop sign on Tree Street at the intersection of Woodland Hills. Vickrey, driving a black Ford Explorer, was traveling on Woodland Park when he ran a stop sign at the intersection of Woodland Hills and struck the Honda. The victim died at the scene.
