Houston (CBS Houston) – Editor’s Note:Camp Confidential will feature daily news and notes throughout Texans training camp.

Here’s everything you need to know:

>>>According to Gary Kubiak, Arian Foster could be back as soon as Sunday.

>>>Ed Reed worked out with a helmet on today. He did some extensive agility drills and showed very little hesitation.

>>>Nose Tackle Daniel Muir injured his left ankle during an 11 on 11 session. He limped off the field before eventually riding a cart back to the stadium with his ankle on ice.

>>>Sam Montgomery did do some work on the side but Gary Kubiak struck a somber tone when asked about him after practice.

“He’s way behind the team, way behind, he was behind conditioning wise and now he’s got an ankle that he can do nothing about but he’s way behind.” said Kubiak

>>>Trevardo Williams rebounded from a tough week. He displayed some nice one on one moves against Ryan Harris.

>>>Jared Crick looked quick throughout pass rushing drills. Crick has quietly had a very good camp.

>>>D.J. Swearinger and Ed Reed have swallowed up most of the headlines about the safety position but Shiloh Keo has earned an increased role.

“For what I know, I’m the starter you know, if we were to play tomorrow I’d be out there starting on the first play.” Keo told Sports Radio 610

Keo has also been getting reps in the return game.

>>>Former Texans GM Charley Casserly was out and about the Methodist Training Center as a part of NFL Network’s training camp coverage.

>>>Media members met with NFL officials after practice to discuss the new rule changes. They said new rules regarding a ball carrier using the crown of his helmet will be the hardest to officiate.

>>>Tomorrow Kubiak is giving the players the afternoon off. They will not practice Saturday either.
