So far so good.
It seems fool-hearty to think such a thing only three days into training camp, but with the way bodies are dropping across the NFL, staying healthy has become the most important goal of the 2013 preseason.
I won’t bother breaking down the 2013 roster, and with just over a month left to go before the Texans head westward to San Diego, the only position group that warrants concern is the inside linebackers. Yes, Daryl Sharpton is hurt. Surprise..! That’s not funny. But seriously, he’s hurt, and the only two guys on the roster with legitimate experience playing inside linebacker is Brian Cushing and Tim Dobbins.
I’ll be keeping my eyes on the rookies this week and I’m curious to monitor Schaub’s mobility and Yates’ tenacity.
