Man Allegedly Used Nail Gun To Rob Bank
BRYAN, Texas (AP) — A man charged with using a nail gun to hold up a Central Texas bank has been identified as a suspect in a 2009 robbery by a teller who worked at both places.
Brazos County jail records show 61-year-old James Kyle Graham was being held Tuesday on an aggravated robbery charge. Online jail records do not list an attorney for Graham, whose bond was set at $300,000 bond after Friday’s robbery of First Victoria National Bank of Bryan.
Witnesses reported seeing a black pickup truck fleeing. A Texas trooper later Friday stopped the vehicle driven by Graham and recovered $80,000.
A teller told police she recognized Graham as the gunman who allegedly robbed a Guaranty Bank in May 2009 when she worked at that location.
