HOUSTON (CBS Houston) – Cornerback Brandon Harris will be out for at least one week following his Tuesday collision in OTA practice, according to head coach Gary Kubiak.  Harris will be undergoing the process involved with the concussion protocol.

“He’s fine.  We’re putting him through the protocol that you would do during the regular season. Getting knocked out like he did, we’ll put him thr0ugh the total protocol,” Kubiak said Thursday.

On Tuesday third-year Harris and first-round draft pick DeAndre Hopkins collided during OTA practice.  Hopkins was able to finish practice but Harris was slow to get up and had to be taken in for evaluation.
