HOUSTON (CBS Houston) The Cleveland Cavaliers claimed the No. 1 overall pick at the 2013 NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday night.

Tuesday’s top seed for Cleveland marks the second time in three years that the team has won the lottery; point guard Kyrie Irving was their top selection in 2011.

Although the Orlando Magic entered the lottery with the best chances of securing the top pick, they ended up with the second pick.

The rest of the NBA lottery order held to form for the most part with the Charlotte Bobcats dropping from two to four.

As the NBA lottery has been set, the following list below is the complete order for the 2013 NBA Draft:
