HOUSTON (CBS Houston) Houston police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle wanted in connection with the fatal shootings of a pre-teen male and a female. A man was also wounded as a result of the shooting.

The shooting took place at a home located on Westwick Drive, just after 4 p.m. on Monday.

During a news briefing, officials with the Houston Police Department released a surveillance photo of a vehicle seen entering and leaving the shooting scene. “The vehicle is described only as being silver or gray, two or four doors, and possibly an older model,” stated officials. “Two victims, Le ‘Lena’ Nguyen, 29, and Brandon Vu, 10, were pronounced dead at the scene. A third victim, Hoai Tranh Vu, 40, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition.”

All had suffered gunshot wounds. According to witnesses, two unknown male suspects were seen leaving the residence in a hurry and getting into a gray passenger car of unknown make or model. The suspects are described only as black males.”

Police also indicate that the motive in the shooting incident appears to be drug-related.
