HOUSTON (CBS Houston) The Houston Texans and +ImageNet Consulting (ImageNet) are teaming up to celebrate Earth Day.

Both entities are scheduled to plant trees at the Finnigan Park Boys & Girls Club YET Center on Tuesday, April 23 from 9 – 11 a.m. CST.

“The trees were donated by ImageNet as part of the company’s Touchdowns For Trees campaign. Touchdowns For Trees was a promotion in which ImageNet pledged to donate money for the purchase and installation of new trees for every offensive touchdown scored by the Houston Texans during the 2012 season. The Texans scored 46 touchdowns during the regular season last year,” officials close with the project stated.
