HOUSTON (CBS Houston) The wife of a former North Texas justice of the peace has implicated her husband in the shooting deaths of a local DA, his wife and an assistant prosecutor.

According to an arrest affidavit, Kim Lene Williams told authorities this week that her husband, Eric Lyle Williams, fatally shot Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife, Cynthia, and assistant prosecutor Mark Hasse. McLelland and Hasse prosecuted Williams for the theft of three computer monitors last year. The McLelland couple was found dead March 30, in their home located on the outskirts of Dallas. Hasse was fatally shot in the Kaufman County courthouse parking lot in January.
